Seeking a Sous Chef for our Growing Restaurant Group, Tavern in the Square; proudly independent, proudly local, and powerfully tied to community, an evolution of the classic neighborhood restaurant is in search of a passionate and creative leader for our Cranston RI location.
Responsibilities:
Working the lines every day, team development, help with training, great opportunity personal growth.
Execution to company recipes and specs, integrity in all culinary details, scratch kitchen.
We will teach you or tone up the skills you already have in purchasing, Inventory-cost controls, product organization/usage, highest safety and quality standards.
Guest focused, collaborative and supporting relationship with FOH management, leader to the team.
