Estate House is a brick & mortar jewelry and watch store in Knoxville, TN. In business since 2010, we strive to provide a "one-stop-shop" for our clients. We sell luxury watches, vintage and contemporary gold and silver jewelry, custom work; while also offering watch and jewelry repairs.
Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time ( both available), on-site role for a Salesperson at our Knoxville, TN location. The Salesperson will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining knowledge of products, processing sales transactions, doing typical various tasks to keep the business operating on a day to day business, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
We offer a base pay PLUS 2% commission on sales
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Sales Skills: Ability to greet and assist customers, provide product information, and process transactions (training will be provided)
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Ability to maintain knowledge of product offerings, day-to-day operations, organize sales areas, etc.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and support colleagues
- Relevant Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
