Student Front Desk Assistant 

The Center for Student Engagement and Success (CSES) is seeking students to support the front reception. The CSES supports the offices of International Programs & Study Abroad, Professional & Career Development, Student Engagement, and Technology-Enhanced Education. 

Primary responsibilities: 

  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Greet walk-in traffic, check-in students, and direct individuals to correct unit or person
  • Provide general task support for staff (ie: printing, folding, basic project assistance)
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests and staff

Hours for this position will be between 9 am and 1 pm M-F. CSES will work with students around class schedules.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Haslam College of Business student
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Accountable and reliable
