Banquet Setup Associate

Are you a team player who enjoys creating memorable event experiences? The Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University is looking for a Banquet Setup Associate to help bring our meetings, weddings, and celebrations to life!

What You’ll Do:

Set up and tear down tables, chairs, linens, staging, and décor according to event specifications

Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet spaces and storage areas

Work closely with the banquet and event staff to ensure flawless execution

Provide friendly, professional service to guests and team members

Follow safety and hotel procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow event setup diagrams

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Positive attitude and teamwork mindset

Previous hotel or event setup experience is a plus (but not required!)
