Visual and Digital Studio Artist (In-Office, NYC)

Full-Time | Hospitality Art Firm

We are a NYC-based art and design firm creating custom artwork and installations for hotels, restaurants, and commercial interiors. We are hiring a Visual and Digital Studio Artist to join our in-office creative team. This position creates the production of original, large-scale artwork and sculpture design in a fast-paced studio environment.

This role is best suited for a multifaceted creative who is highly visual, detail-oriented, and eager to grow while working across digital and physical artwork creation and production. This is not a branding or web development role, it is an artist position only.

This is a full-time, in-office role in NYC. Remote or hybrid applicants will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Create original artwork using Photoshop and Illustrator and AI
  • Develop concepts for hospitality and commercial spaces
  • Produce 2D and basic 3D mockups
  • Design large-scale wallcoverings, murals, and surface patterns
  • Generate multiple design variations quickly
  • Handle image editing, retouching, and color correction for print
  • Review samples and final prints for quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with printers, wallcovering suppliers, and framers
  • Translate digital concepts into physical artwork

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Photoshop & Illustrator and AI skills
  • Experience with print, production, and large-format artwork
  • Solid understanding of color, materials, and detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
  • Experience in both digital and hands-on art-making
  • Comfortable working full-time, in-office in NYC
  • Positive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude a must

Salary

$50,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience
