Brand Representative

RP Marketing & Co is seeking a Brand Representative to act as the face of our client campaigns. This role focuses on customer engagement, brand visibility, and in-person promotion, making it a great fit for outgoing individuals who enjoy working directly with people.

No previous brand or promotional experience is required — full training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Represent brands during promotional and marketing initiatives

Interact with customers to share product and service information

Create positive, memorable brand experiences

Support event setups, outreach efforts, and daily campaign goals

Work alongside a team to improve engagement and results

Experience in retail, food service, or customer service is helpful but not required
