Position Overview

The Project Management Internship program is designed to provide turf management, golf course management, or agronomy college students with a unique opportunity to gain direct experience in high-end golf course renovation and construction projects across the country. Interns will support project execution, site operations, and safety initiatives while learning the fundamentals of golf construction management from the industry's leading professionals.

Job Description

  • Manage and assist on golf renovation projects throughout the U.S.
  • Act as a liaison between Golf Course Superintendents, Clubs and Golf Course Architects or Consultants
  • Ensure quality control and safety on all projects
  • Help with developing relationships with potential customers within the Golf Industry
  • Project Coordination/Scheduling
  • Project Paperwork to include time sheets, materials, production sheets
  • Ensure proper Daily Equipment Maintenance is completed

 

Availability & Schedule 

  • Flexible internship duration with both summer (~3 months) and full-season (6+ month) options.
  • Weekend Requirements
  • Full-Time, 40 hours plus paid overtime 

 

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an accredited turfgrass management program or related area of study
  • Have appropriate authorization to work in the United States
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn field tech tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed

 

Salary: 

  • $20-$25/hour
  • Overtime: Yes
