About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician I to join our Resort Operations team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in hands on technical work, engineering, hospitality operations, or skilled trades. You’ll gain real world experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, guest service, and facility operations.

What you will do:

• Assist with maintenance and engineering projects throughout the resort.
• Respond to guest room calls to troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep facilities and equipment functioning smoothly.
• Complete basic repairs: painting, caulking, wall patching.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues (toilets, sinks, showers, etc.)
• Reset breakers, replace bulbs, and perform basic electrical tasks.
• Install and repair TVs, remotes, and in‑room electronics.
• Diagnose and repair appliances; assist with replacements.
• Manage tools, supplies, and inventory.
• Use resort software (such as HotSOS) for communication and task tracking.
• Follow all safety procedures and help identify potential hazards.
