Job Description:

Online Order Fulfillment:

Efficiently manage order processing across various e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and other major online retail marketplaces. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, while coordinating with president, warehouses, and shipping carriers.

Product Listings: 

Create, update, and optimize product listings across all platforms. Ensure listings are accurate, comply with platform guidelines, and are consistent in quality and presentation. Regularly monitor and adjust listings to enhance visibility and sales performance.

Customer Service Support:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns and exchanges. Ensure a positive shopping experience across all platforms by maintaining clear and effective communication with customers.

Handle escalations and work with internal teams to resolve complex customer service issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels across all platforms, ensuring stock availability and minimizing out-of-stock situations. Coordinate with the president and warehouses for restocking and inventory updates.

Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and upcoming promotions.

Platform-Specific Expertise:

Shopify: Focus on seamless order fulfillment and customer service, while managing product listings to ensure they are optimized for sales.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and analyze sales reports from all platforms to identify trends, optimize listings, and improve overall performance. Provide insights to management to help inform business decisions.

Track and report on the performance of promotions and marketing efforts, making recommendations for future initiatives.

Technical Skill Requirements

  1. Proficiency with standard office software is crucial, especially the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  2. Basic computer literacy is essential.
  3. Experience with e-commerce platforms can be a plus.
  4. Proficiency with Adobe software – Acrobat, photoshop can be a plus.
