Entry-Level Assistant Manager

At MGL Solutions, Inc. We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Entry-Level Assistant Manager to join our Dallas team. The Entry-Level Assistant Manager will receive hands-on training across multiple departments while supporting daily business functions and team development.

Entry-Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations alongside senior management
  • Assist with team coordination, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Learn client relations, customer engagement, and account management
  • Participate in onboarding and training of new team members
  • Help execute sales, marketing, and operational strategies
  • Maintain professional standards and company culture
  • Report performance metrics and provide feedback to leadership
