English Language Arts Teacher, Grades 6-8

Middle School English Teacher

St Louis de Montfort School, Fishers is seeking a full time English teacher for Middle School (grades 6-8). The position will begin with the 26-27 school year.

The teacher will provide the following services:

  • Provide students with engaging instruction
  • Provide students with appropriate assessments
  • Plan for individual differences and levels of learning
  • Maintain classroom management 
  • Participate in additional shared school duties
  • Collaborate successfully with others
  • Have knowledge of Indiana academic standards

Employee Requirements:

  • Hold an Indiana Teaching License in Middle School or Secondary English Language Arts, or working on completion
  • Pass “Safe and Sacred” Certification 
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Participate in professional development, teacher committees, and meetings
  • Be a model of Christian beliefs
