Marketing Coordinator role We’re hiring for an intelligent, ambitious, high-agency Marketing Manager to own and execute across multiple areas of marketing — from events to product marketing to growth. This role is best suited for someone who wants to operate above their level and take on outsized ownership early in their career.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with leadership to drive pipeline, brand, and product adoption.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) — with occasional travel for events

Key Responsibilities

• Social, brand, and content execution
• Partner co-marketing (campaigns, webinars, distribution)
• Website (Webflow) and landing page performance
• Conferences and field events (strategy → execution → ROI)
• Nectar-hosted events and lead generation initiatives
• Sales enablement (collateral, research, competitive positioning)
• Product launches and messaging
• Paid acquisition channels

Who You Are

• 1–4 years of experience, but operate above your level
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• You have strong taste in how things look, read, and feel.
• High agency — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out from first principles
• Ability to context switch and juggle multiple projects
• Has a real hunger to learn
• Able to balance strategy and execution

Nice to have:

• Background or coursework in psychology (for messaging, persuasion, user behavior)
• Experience with Webflow, Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, Google Ads
• Experience with events, sales, or paid media
