Marketing Manager

About the Role

This is not a “post on social media and hope” role. You own growth. Your job is to generate demand, drive qualified leads, and make marketing directly impact revenue. If you can’t tie campaigns to results, you won’t last here.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Own lead generation: paid ads, organic, funnels, partnerships, and more
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on real metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates)
  • Build and refine brand positioning that actually converts, not just looks good
  • Manage content strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, website, email, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment
  • Experiment aggressively — test, fail fast, scale what works
  • Manage budgets efficiently and justify every rupee spent

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and analytics
  • Ability to think in numbers, not just creativity
  • Proven track record of generating leads or revenue through campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.
  • Sharp positioning and messaging skills — you know how to sell through words
  • High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not excuses

 

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in startup, SaaS, or EdTech environments
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience managing a team or external agencies
  • Understanding of growth hacking and rapid experimentation
