Client Partner

About the Role

This is not a transactional sales role. As a Client Partner, you own relationships, revenue, and long-term value. You’re expected to think beyond closing deals — understand client goals, position solutions strategically, and expand accounts over time. If you only chase one-time sales, this role isn’t for you.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow key client accounts end-to-end
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
  • Drive new client acquisition through strategic outreach and referrals
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (product, marketing, delivery)
  • Understand client needs deeply and position solutions accordingly
  • Track account performance, retention, and revenue growth
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement

  • Experience in account management, B2B sales, or client success roles
  • Exposure to SaaS, startup, or EdTech environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and account tracking systems
  • Experience managing high-value or enterprise clients
