Client Partner
About the Role
This is not a transactional sales role. As a Client Partner, you own relationships, revenue, and long-term value. You’re expected to think beyond closing deals — understand client goals, position solutions strategically, and expand accounts over time. If you only chase one-time sales, this role isn’t for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow key client accounts end-to-end
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
- Drive new client acquisition through strategic outreach and referrals
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (product, marketing, delivery)
- Understand client needs deeply and position solutions accordingly
- Track account performance, retention, and revenue growth
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement

- Experience managing high-value or enterprise clients
