The Opportunity

Join a veteran-first, performance-driven windows and doors replacement company as we build a national field sales organization. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll generate qualified leads through direct-to-door prospecting, set in-home appointments for our Design Consultants to close, and earn commission on every deal that closes.

Top performers earn six figures. Exceptional performers get priority consideration for leadership roles in new market expansions.

Aspen Bravo is rapidly expanding. We are actively identifying reps who can transition into leadership and carry our model into new cities and states, and we only promote from within. High-performing reps transition into leadership positions, including: 

  • Design Consultant
  • Sr. Design Consultant
  • Market Leader  

If you perform, there's a defined track to advance with us into new cities and states.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission role. Your income is a direct reflection of your effort and execution.

  • OTE (Opportunity to Earn): $96,000/year for reps meeting production expectations
  • Uncapped earnings — outperformers earn accordingly
  • Weekly pay based on booked and confirmed appointments
  • Performance bonuses and awards for top producers

Training and Onboarding

Every rep starts in Knoxville for hands-on training in our systems, sales process, culture, and operations. Our adult-learning-based onboarding is practical and field-ready, designed to get you producing quickly. You'll be prepared—not dropped in.
