Pay: $53,000–$60,000/year or $25.00–$30.00/hr (DOE) | Full-Time, Year-Round

THE OPPORTUNITY
LNG Landscapes is a growing full-service landscape firm in the Twin Cities. We need one sharp, detail-oriented bookkeeper to own our day-to-day financial operations and work directly alongside ownership. You'll have full visibility into the business, a seat at the table, and a clear path to grow into a Controller role as we scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY
• Job Costing — Track costs against active landscape projects to keep jobs profitable. Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate cost allocation across labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Customer Invoicing — Generate and manage invoices for design/build and maintenance clients. Follow up on outstanding balances and keep billing moving.
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable — Own the full AR/AP cycle. Process vendor payments, manage aging reports, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• QuickBooks Management — You'll live in QuickBooks. Bank reconciliation, general ledger entries, monthly close — this is your primary system.
• CRM — Use CRM to pull job data, track project financials, and sync with QuickBooks. Experience with Aspire, LMN, Jobber, or ServiceTitan is a major plus.
• Employee Time Tracking — Manage and verify crew time entries for payroll accuracy. Coordinate with field managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Payroll Processing — Run payroll, manage deductions, and ensure compliance.
• Cash Flow & Reporting — Track cash flow, prepare monthly financial reports, and maintain Google Sheets dashboards for ownership.
• Tax Coordination — Work with our CPA on quarterly and year-end tax prep.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations experience
• Strong QuickBooks experience (daily user level)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience managing AR, AP, and payroll
• Comfort with job costing or project-based accounting
• High integrity and reliability

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with Aspire, LMN, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar field service/CRM software
• Construction, trades, or landscaping industry experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with employee time tracking systems
