Position Overview

We are hiring a Lawn Care Technician to perform weekly lawn mowing and basic property maintenance for residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns to company standards
• Operate state of the art commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload equipment daily
• Safely drive company truck and trailer
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
• Communicate clearly with team leads and customers as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies

(Opportunity for snow removal work during winter months for those interested.)

Qualifications

• Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Pay & Benefits

Schedule
