Field Service Technician Assistant (Pest Control) — Part-Time
About Falcon Pest Control
Falcon is a Utah-based pest control company built on Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) standards. We serve homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and institutional clients across the Wasatch Front using science-driven Integrated Pest Management — not high-pressure sales tactics. The owner has 21+ years of pest control operations leadership and personally trains every technician.
The Role
Assist a licensed pest control technician on residential and commercial service routes. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role designed for students who want real exposure to applied entomology, IPM, customer service, and small-business operations. You will work alongside a licensed technician under direct supervision — not solo apply pesticides — while building hours toward your own Utah Pesticide Applicator License (training and exam fees paid by Falcon after 90 days of employment).

- - Assist with equipment setup, vehicle organization, and inventory
- - Document service stops with photos and notes in our digital CRM
- - Inspect and label exterior bait stations using our alphanumeric mapping protocol
- - Perform exterior service tasks under direct supervision (web removal, perimeter sweep, station servicing)
