Retail Account Manager (Entry Level)

Limitless Management Inc. specializes in driving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences in retail settings. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Account Manager to join our team and lead the charge in achieving sales excellence and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:

The Retail Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and sales performance within designated retail locations. You will oversee a team of inside sales representatives, ensure alignment with brand standards, and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role requiring strong relationship-building skills, coaching ability, and a passion for technology and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage retail inside sales

Drive performance metrics including activations, customer retention, and satisfaction.

Coach, mentor, and train sales team members to meet and exceed individual and team goals.

Partner with store leadership to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and excellent customer experience.

Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on wireless, internet, and entertainment offerings.

Ensure all sales practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Manage inventory levels and merchandising in line with company standards.

Represent Limitless Management professionally and uphold our client's values in all interactions.

Qualifications:

1 year of sales or account management experience in a retail or telecommunications environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary + uncapped commission
