Academic Credit
This internship is structured to support academic credit at participating
universities. We'll work with your academic department on evaluations,
learning objectives, and scheduling. Credit approval is determined by
your institution.
VITAL
We built consumer apps that did over $30M in revenue. Now we're building VITAL, and we need someone to help us blow it up on social.
VITAL is a health habit accountability app built around squads. You and your close friends pick a habit, commit to it daily, and prove you actually did it . Our AI coach Athena keeps everyone in check. The product is built on behavioral science research from Columbia, Stanford, and MIT. It's real, it works, and it's ready to grow.
We want someone hungry, coachable, and ready to learn by doing. You take feedback fast and you show up the next day better. We'll teach you how to build a personal brand, create content that converts, and think like a founder instead of an intern.
If you know people who'd want to help spread the word, creators, athletes, anyone with a following who genuinely cares about health and habits, even better. Bring them.
What you'll do
- Run VITAL's TikTok, Instagram, and X
- Create short-form content that drives downloads
- Test hooks, study what works, iterate daily
- Identify and recruit creators and ambassadors in the health and fitness space
- Spot trends early and move on them before they peak
What you bring
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form content mechanics
- Entrepreneurial energy. You've started or built something on your own before
- High agency. You move without being asked
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, habits, or self-improvement
