What you'd be doing
Operations and Growth is where the business actually gets built. You'd join one of the companies in our network and work on the problems that move revenue, customers, and the bottom line. Depending on the team, in a single week you might:
- Run a paid marketing experiment and measure what it actually returned
- Dig into customer data to find a growth opportunity nobody spotted
- Build a system or process that lets the company scale without breaking
- Work on a partnership that brings in new customers
- Untangle a workflow that's slowing everyone down and fix it
The common thread: you take something messy and ambiguous, turn it into a plan, and ship it. You'll learn how businesses really work, unit economics, acquisition, retention, the metrics that decide whether a company wins.
Who we're looking for
We don't care about your major, your GPA, or whether your resume looks the part. We care about how you think.
- You take something vague and turn it into a plan, no 100-page playbook required
- You like data and you use it to make calls, not just to make charts
- You're resourceful. You figure out how to get it done with what you have
- You spot the bottleneck everyone's working around and go fix it
- You can explain an idea clearly, in writing and out loud, to anyone
- You care about impact. You want to work on things that actually move the number
No ops experience required. We mean that. The instinct to own a problem and figure it out beats a polished resume every time. If this is how your brain already works, we want to hear from you.
