Project Manager
This role gives you direct exposure to every phase of a residential construction project. Depending on your experience level, you will:
- Visit active job sites across Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Document site progress through photos, daily logs, and weekly reports
- Follow up with subcontractors on scheduling, materials, and open items
- Prepare and track submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Communicate directly with clients and design teams
- Help manage project schedules and flag issues before they become problems
- Use JobTread project management software for documentation and communication
- Support purchasing and material coordination
You will develop skills in project coordination, construction documentation, trade management, client communication, and design coordination — all within a company that will invest in your growth.

- Ability to read or learn to read architectural drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with project management or documentation tools (JobTread, Procore, Google Sheets, or similar)
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with designers, tradespeople, and clients
Helpful but not required:
- Background in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
- Experience with NYC DOB permitting or residential construction
- Valid driver's license
