We are seeking college students who want to gain hands-on exposure to Applied Behavior Analysis through a supervised internship experience. This internship is designed for students interested in learning ABA fundamentals, observing therapy sessions, and building foundational skills that may lead to future opportunities as a Behavior Technician or in other behavioral health roles.appliedbehavioranalysisedu+1
Internship Roadmap:
Join as an ABA intern and complete orientation.
Observe sessions and learn clinic procedures.
Shadow BTs and supervisors to understand ABA in practice.
Receive training in behavior support, professionalism, and data basics.
Assist with appropriate tasks under supervision.
Build skills and knowledge that support future BT readiness.careers.usf+1
Intern Responsibilities:
Observe ABA sessions and support learning activities as assigned.
Assist with pairing, engagement, and structured activities under supervision.
Learn how data collection and treatment implementation work.
Support administrative or program tasks when appropriate.
Participate in supervision, staff training, and team meetings.
Develop a basic understanding of ABA principles, ethics, and professional conduct.
Provide support with clinic operations, documentation, outreach, or other organizational projects that help the team as the clinic continues to grow.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
Interest in psychology, education, behavior analysis, child development, or a related field.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow professionally.
Dependable, organized, and professional.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must meet background screening and site requirements.
Preferred:
Experience volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, or working with children.
Interest in eventually pursuing a BT, RBT, or other ABA-related role.
