What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll be in the field. Every day.

  • Knock on local businesses and start real conversations
  • Get in front of decision-makers (owners, managers—the people who can say yes)
  • Show them a better solution for their water
  • Close deals and build relationships that stick
  • Own the full-cycle sale beginning to end
  • Follow up like a pro (because that’s where the money is)
  • Keep your pipeline tight and your CRM updated

This is not a “wait for leads” role. You create your own success here.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re comfortable walking into a business, starting a conversation, and placing a free 7-day trial
  • You don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to stay productive
  • You’re competitive, and you like winning
  • You handle rejection without slowing down
  • You care about making money and you’re willing to work for it

Basic stuff:

  • 1099 independent contractor role (commission-only with a guaranteed ramp draw)
  • Driver’s license + reliable transportation w. Insurance
  • Clean driving record
  • Solid communication and organization
  • Comfortable with basic tech / CRM systems
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Personal mobile phone
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Able to commute to the Scottsdale, AZ area daily

The Money & Perks

  • $100,000 - $250,000/Yearly
  • Uncapped commission - your income is capped only by your effort
