Quoting / Estimating Specialist – Modern Rubber Products | Chattanooga, TN
Quoting is where it all starts. Every order begins with a quote, and how fast and accurately we turn one around is often the difference between winning the job and losing it.
We're looking for someone to own that process — turning customer drawings and specs into accurate, competitive quotes that make our speed a real advantage in the market. This is a high-trust role with real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do:
- Own the quoting process end-to-end — review drawings, specs, and 3D models, determine the most efficient manufacturing method, and build competitive quotes
- Handle every RFQ with urgency; we want to be the first quote in the customer's inbox, every time
- Manage the pipeline — log every quote and conversation in our CRM to keep the business running clean
- Become the rubber resource customers turn to, guiding them to the right material, method, and price
Who We're Looking For:
- Detail-obsessed, self-driven, and reliable under pressure
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, software, and genuinely interested in AI and automation
- Fast learner who goes deep — you don't need to know rubber yet, but you will
- Low ego, high ownership
A technical or STEM background is a plus. We care more about how you think than what's on your transcript.
