The Role:
We are seeking passionate Acoustics Engineers to join our R&D teams working on consumer audio products (headphones, smart glasses) and automotive active noise cancellation (ANC) systems. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle from acoustic concept design to mass production validation. Multiple openings available across two specializations.
Open Specializations:
Direction 1: Consumer Audio R&D – Qingdao/Weifang/Nanjing
Design and develop acoustic systems for headphones, TWS earbuds, smart glasses, and other audio wearables.
Perform acoustic simulation and optimization of transducers, acoustic cavities, and port structures.
Evaluate acoustic design requirements, conduct feasibility analysis and testing, and generate design validation reports.
Research and apply emerging acoustic technologies and new transducer components to maintain product competitiveness.
Requirement: Master's in Acoustics, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering; proficiency in acoustic simulation tools (Microcap, COMSOL, etc.); experience with audio measurement software (SoundCheck, Audio Precision, Klippel, Adobe Audition, Cool Edit); fluent English communication skills.
Direction 2: Automotive Acoustics & NVH – Chongqing
Lead vehicle-level active noise cancellation (ANC/RNC) system matching, tuning, testing, and optimization.
Oversee system integration into vehicles, performance validation, and simulation analysis for road noise cancellation.
Collaborate with automotive OEM teams on NVH development and noise path analysis.
Requirement: Master's in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; deep understanding of vehicle NVH development and ANC system workflows; familiarity with noise transfer paths and road noise generation mechanisms; hands-on experience with LMS/Head Acoustics testing equipment and analysis software; ANC algorithm tuning and simulation experience is a plus.
Qualifications (General):
Master's degree or above in Acoustics, Ultrasonics, Underwater Acoustics, Electroacoustics, Noise & Vibration Control, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Strong foundation in acoustics theory, vibration analysis, and signal processing.
Proficiency in acoustic simulation tools and audio measurement equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Fluent in English as a working language (required for Direction 1).
