Client Development And Sales Assistant
Purzee is seeking a Client Development & Sales Assistant to help grow our premium environmental services company by building relationships with prospective clients and supporting the sales process from first contact through onboarding.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is highly organized, and wants hands-on experience in business development at an early-stage luxury startup.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Explain Purzee’s services, memberships, and consultation process.
- Schedule client consultations and appointments.
- Build relationships with referral partners, including interior designers, property managers, event planners, and local businesses.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Assist with sales materials, proposals, and client onboarding.
- Work closely with the founder to improve the customer experience and sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable speaking with high-end clients in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, or real estate experience is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
