Join our team as an Assistant Project Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of electrical construction projects. This full-time position involves managing schedules, budgets and coordination while ensuring quality and timely completion. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results. 

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with teams to ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor agreements to support project success.
  • Conduct regular site walks to monitor schedules, coordination and quality throughout the project.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on schedules and costs.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external personnel, providing effective project updates and fostering strong relationships.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Utilize project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid/Change Order) for efficient project oversight.


What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field) or strong electrical field experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of project experience in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, design coordination and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment, materials and specifications
  • Ability to visualize and sketch an electrical layout
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
