Scrap Daddy Composting is a local, Charlotte-based composting service looking for a reliable, self-motivated person to join our team for the fall season. This is a hands-on, outdoor role distributing marketing materials to homes across various Charlotte neighborhoods as we launch new composting programs.

What you'll do:

• Walk assigned neighborhood routes distributing doorhangers to homes
• Follow a provided route map and completion schedule for each neighborhood
• Communicate progress and completion to your manager
• Represent Scrap Daddy Composting professionally in the community

What this role requires:

• Comfort walking several miles per day, outdoors, in a range of weather conditions
• Ability to carry and distribute materials throughout a full route
• Reliability and follow-through. You'll be trusted to complete routes independently and on schedule
• A positive, professional attitude representing our brand door-to-door

Pay:

Estimated $18-20/hour equivalent (base hourly rate plus per-hanger incentive pay)

Schedule:

Seasonal, part-time. Work is assigned by neighborhood in scheduled blocks throughout August through November. Flexible day-to-day pacing with clear deadlines per neighborhood.
