As an Epidemiologist, you will:

  • Conduct epidemiologic, event-based surveillance, and public health intelligence activities to identify, assess, and communicate emerging public health threats.
  • Provide scientific and technical consultation to public health partners on surveillance methods, epidemiologic analyses, and public health risk assessment.
  • Prepare and disseminate reports, briefings, presentations, and publications that communicate epidemiologic findings and support public health decision-making.
  • Collaborate with public health officials, researchers, and stakeholders to translate scientific findings into evidence-based policies, programs, and response actions.
