
Junior Coordinator, Influencer Marketing
This role is open to be based from: New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; Portland, OR
As Junior Coordinator, you will be responsible for support of daily team activities and the day-to-day execution of small and mid-sized influence programs. You will work with a team of experts on influencer sourcing, program development, and program execution of cross-platform influencer brand integrations. You will assist in the coordination of specialized areas of expertise, including digital, social, creative, and paid media. The successful Junior Coordinator will help to drive best-in-class work for our clients in today’s complex media landscape. This role will specialize in working with national retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with identification, vetting, outreach, and management of influencer partnerships
- Draft influencer contracts and briefing materials for internal review and approval
- Support with daily team activities such as the development of internal and client meeting agendas, recaps, and key takeaways
- Contribute to program recaps and reporting
- Ability to support all influencer contracts, payments, and POs

Basic Requirements:
- At least 0-3 months of relevant internship/working experience, or equal education level, working directly with influencers, in influencer marketing, talent management in Communications Marketing and/or related fields
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Passionate about the role influencers can play in an integrated marketing plan
- Proven understanding of influencer marketing
- Ability to provide support on multiple small and mid-sized influencer projects
- Ability to learn and support on all executional steps of the influencer programming process (i.e. identifying influencers, vetting influencers, drafting offer letters and contracts, program execution, influencer content review, and wrap reports), in addition to an understanding of what steps lead to the next
- Strong writing skills and ability to interact with internal teams professionally, and maintain relationships with influencers, agents, and managers
- Experience working with influencers and supporting programs across multiple digital channels
- Knowledge of best practices for all top social media platforms and FTC guidelines
- Basic understanding of metrics and ability to gather those into comprehensive snapshots for clients/teams
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Interest and expertise of industry trends (influencer, social, digital, tech, cultural) and relative best practices across organic and branded content
- Perform well under pressure and maintain all deadlines
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work effectively across a specific set of accounts
- Execute effective communications with internal teams and managers and talent negotiations
- Establish a collaborative, hard-working, team spirit focused on serving the practice and the needs of the client
