Sales Manager

Compensation-
As my Team Member, you will receive:
- $55,000-$100,000 Expected Compensation ($30,000 Base+Uncapped Commissions)
- Signing Bonus: $2500-$5000
- Full Benefit Package Available

Responsibilities-
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services at a high level. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements-
· Drive
· Strong work ethic
· Sales experience (any outside, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) Preferred
· Successful track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals/quotas
· Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
· Excellent communication skills
· Self-motivated
· Self-starter
· Property and Casualty insurance license (must be able to obtain)
· Life, Accident and Sickness insurance license (must be able to obtain)
