Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities will include supervising the hotel outlets staff in Bar Rojo and Perks Cafe. Other duties may include, but are not limited to, training, payroll, counselling, and mentoring of colleagues.

Qualifications - External
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have open availability to work from 1pm-2am including weekends and holidays as needed
- Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience in a hotel and/or restaurant
