Reach and Engagement Intern

You will join a group of communications professionals within the firm’s Reach and Engagement function as part of our Atlanta, GA office. These colleagues help ensure that appropriate insights reach designated audiences, building awareness and engagement with McKinsey’s distinctive knowledge on a variety of topics. They shape the way the firm connects with people — from clients to employees to alumni — strengthening institutional relationships, connections, and affiliations. 

Based in Atlanta, GA, the McKinsey Reach and Engagement internship is a 10-week paid program that runs from June to August and offers students the opportunity to work with a team of world-class communications and marketing professionals. Through execution on communications and relevant tasks, you will contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class global communications programs, events, and publications.

During the internship, you will collaborate with the team to help share the latest knowledge and capabilities of McKinsey's practices across various media, publishing, and client events. This internship provides valuable experience and skill-building opportunities in the fields of marketing, publishing, and communications.
