Sales Team Member

The AlphaBrook VoicedIQ® platform is the industry software leader in customer bid intelligence for companies selling to the government. Our unique VoicedIQ® platform helps C-level executives and sales professionals gain insights into their target government customers and ultimately win new public sector contracts. We have grown at an impressive rate since our inception in 2011, supporting many of the fastest-growing small and mid-sized businesses in the industry, as well as major brands like Google, IBM, Northrop Grumman, Leidos, Deloitte, Accenture, and more.

 

Our VoicedIQ® platform helps customers find, qualify, and ultimately win new government contracts. We are currently recruiting the two different Sales positions listed below, based on candidate level of experience. Business Development Specialist

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Generating interest in our VoicedIQ® platform
  • Initiating dialogue with prospective customers
  • Explaining why prospects should agree to meet with our sales representatives to learn more
  • Coordinating demo times and scheduling meetings for our sales representatives 
  • Handling both phone and email correspondence with high-level executives
  • Answering questions and inquiries pertaining to the services provided by AlphaBrook
  • Compiling and organizing research to be utilized by the Sales Director
  • Advising the Sales Team on potential leads
  • Providing administrative support functions for the sales team
  • Setting target conversation and demo set up goals and achieving them
  • Collaborating with Marketing Team and actualizing the results of their lead generation activities
  • Ideating and implementing new lead generation campaigns and techniques

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have received a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution
  • Must have experience handling phone and email correspondence
  • Must demonstrate a high aptitude for salesmanship
  • Must be able to demonstrate writing proficiency
  • 50+ WPM, proper grammar, punctuation, spelling
  • Because of the synchronous nature of our work, we require that employees’ remote working locations be in the United States Eastern or Central time zones only.

 

 

Sales Representative

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Becoming an expert at demonstrating the AlphaBrook VoicedIQ® platform
  • Qualifying and closing highly-valued sales deals with new client prospects
  • Staying up to date and knowledgeable of current federal contract offerings
  • Handling video, phone, and email correspondence with high-level executives
  • Answering questions and inquiries pertaining to the services provided by AlphaBrook
  • Collaborating with Marketing Team and actualizing the results of their lead generation activities
  • Coordinating and strategizing with others on the Sales team

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • All qualifications and requirements related to the Business Development Specialist role listed above
  • Must have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within federal contracting, tech, or SaaS/PaaS 
  • Must have 1-2 years of demoing experience and managing quotas
  • Because of the synchronous nature of our work, we require that employees’ remote working locations be in the United States Eastern or Central time zones only.
