Associate/ Mid/ Senior Transmission Equipment Asset Analyst

Job Summary

There is one position available which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. This position is currently located at Dominion Energy's Locks facility in Dinwiddie, VA. This position works on-site with no hybrid option at this time. 
 
•    Perform all duties related to the Electrical Equipment Test Equipment Calibration Program, including warehouse and back office activities.
•    Take receipt of test equipment being turned in from field personnel to be calibrated and equipment being delivered back after calibration is complete.
•    Obtain RMAs from calibration vendors and prepare equipment for shipping to the vendors.
•    Communicate with field personnel and vendors to ensure timely completion of calibration activities.
•    Manage equipment information, including movement of equipment through stages of the calibration process, as well as calibration work order information in SAP.
•    Assist as necessary with invoice reconciliation.
•    Produce ad hoc reports relating to equipment inventories or upcoming work activities as needed.
•    Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Associate Transmission Equipment Asset Analyst:  

0-2 years related work experience
 

Transmission Equipment Asset Analyst:   

2-3+ years of demonstrated full proficiency utilizing SAP Enterprise Asset Management to perform specific functions required 
 

Senior Transmission Equipment Asset Analyst:

5-6+ years of significant directly related experience in the electric utility industry and in-depth knowledge of and experience with Electric Transmission's Maintenance programs and procedures.
Demonstrates mastery of SAP Enterprise Asset Management in performing specific functions required.

Education Requirements

Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor
