Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive assessments of the nutritional needs of each resident
- Assist Dietary Manager with hiring dietary staff
- Partner with the Discharge Coordinator with resident's nutritional discharge plan
- Completion of Quality Assurance assessments.
- Monitor Food and Nutrition Services personnel to ensure they are following established safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies
