Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis
- Provide behavioral therapy and intervention services to clients
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide patient care and support in accordance with professional standards
-Supervise RBTs
Other duties may include providing Direct Therapy as needed, assist with schedule changes due to staffing conflicts or client cancellations.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst Assistant (BCaBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and their families

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,500- $60,000 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
