The role:

We are looking for a researcher to help us to better understand our clients, candidates and market. The role will involve:
 

• Understanding the hiring patterns and corporate structures of our current and future clients
• Delivering actionable insights for our consultants
• Market mapping and analysis, including competitor offerings, market trends and salary benchmarking.
  Monitoring the market to perform analysis against our roles and expectations for them.
• Understanding the candidate market
