Legal Assistant

Seeking an ambitious and driven college graduate with an interest in the legal field. This position is full-time in-person, and your prime responsibility will be to assist attorneys with all aspects of case management.

Applicants must be able to think and work independently. Applicants should have strong communication, writing, organizational and computer skills. Applicants should have strong time-management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines at the same time. Legal Assistants are responsible for keeping track of deadlines, drafting correspondence and other legal documents, performing administrative tasks, and assisting with trial preparation. Professional manner, diligence, ability to work well with others and the ability to assume responsibility are essential components of this position.

Applicants with an interest in the legal field and/or attending law school are preferred. While this is an at-will position and not a contract position, we prefer candidates who can commit to working for 2 years before attending law school.
