About the Role: This role will be responsible for supporting the Microsoft 365 suite of products, including providing end-user support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and developing applications using the Power Platform. This role will also include conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions, creating documentation, and ensuring users at all proficiency levels can effectively utilize the tools. The administrator will stay current on new features, guide end users on best practices, and contribute to policy and governance development. Supported services include, but are not limited to, Outlook, Teams, Azure, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Forms, Project, Planner, PowerPoint, and Visio. Additionally, this role will involve acting as a liaison between KUB IT staff and Microsoft, as well as collaborating with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders such as business analysts and cybersecurity teams to uphold best practices and standards across the organization. Frequent collaboration with IT colleagues, users, and power users will be essential, and assistance with internal budgeting related to Microsoft 365 services may also be required. This is a critical role in optimizing the organization's use of Microsoft 365 by troubleshooting technical issues, building applications, developing training programs, and refining governance frameworks.
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Physical demands for a specific position within this classification may vary and/or exceed those demands described above.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, business, data analytics, or another related field from an accredited four-year college or university
Strong computer skills with experience utilizing the Microsoft suite of products
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Valid driver's license
Preferred Requirements:
Two (2) + years of experience in a related field
Extensive experience utilizing the Microsoft suite of products, including building applications within the Microsoft Power Platform
Completion of PL-900 Certification
Ability to conduct training, create documentation, and promote best practices for utilizing the Microsoft 365 suite
Experience working with end users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Proficiency in managing Azure cloud environments and overseeing billing components
Skill in administering data loss prevention (DLP) policies
Competence in utilizing Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell scripting
