Sales Development Representative

Reporting to: Manager, Sales

Location: Eligible if located in one of these states AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, IL, MI, MN, MT, NC, NY, SC, TX, UT, WA, WI

At Inspirato, our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and cultivating prospective members for our luxury travel club. This results-driven role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a competitive sales environment and possess a strong desire to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 40-50 outbound calls daily to engage leads and educate them about Inspirato’s offerings.
  • Draft compelling and meaningful emails to communicate with prospective members effectively.
  • Qualify leads and contribute to the sales pipeline by handing off quality prospects to Membership Directors (Account Executives).
  • Maintain accurate task management and database upkeep in Salesforce.com, ensuring seamless sales operations.
  • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics, providing guidance on quota attainment and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with diverse sales personalities and departments, building strong interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 1-2 years of quota-bearing sales experience in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a knack for active listening and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain integrity in all work.
  • Resourceful, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome objections and handle rejection with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office is essential.

Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 Base Salary, $75,000 - $80,000 On Target Earnings. 

We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.

Commission: Eligible for the Sales Commission Plan.  Additional details will be as set forth after your initial start date.

401(k) Plan: Eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.

FAM Trip: After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
