Job Summary:

As a 3D Designer at Partners Dental Studio, you’ll use CAD software to design orthodontic appliances with precision and care. Success in this role means demonstrating basic proficiency in CAD, completing design tasks with minimal errors, and showing a solid understanding of orthodontic design specifications. You'll be expected to follow detailed design guidelines, communicate effectively with your team and supervisors, and ask questions when clarification is needed. Attention to detail is essential—designs must be accurate and carefully reviewed for any inconsistencies. Strong time management skills are also key, as you’ll need to prioritize tasks and meet tight project deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CAD software to design 3D customized bands and other orthodontic appliances.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs meet specifications and quality standards
  • Review and modify designs based on feedback and project requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of design work and updates

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with CAD software is plus, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and dependability are essential
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to stay on task and work independently

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a workstation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour and up, depending on experience

Expected hours: 40 per week
