Associate Marketing Specialist

The Associate Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager and get the training, and the tools needed to identify and enact opportunities for growth within a portfolio of clients. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams, including Brand, IT, and Finance to maximize program performance for your clients. 
 
Responsibilities include 
 

  • Overseeing client marketing efforts and identifying insights to drive future growth and additional margin
  • Responsible for a portfolio of clients and vendors in both online and call center channels
  • Being the driving force on new marketing initiatives with the assistance of senior staff
  • Serving as a key Marketing contact between Sempris clients and the rest of the departments within the organization
  • Working with client contacts to ensure program compliance
  • Analyzing and interpreting business data and developing initiatives that drive positive outcomes for the company and our clients
  • Contributing to reports, presentations, and information for senior leadership
  • Understanding and monitoring marketing and sales processes to ensure we are executing business processes correctly

 

 

Qualifications/Skills 
 

  • 0-2 years of Marketing experience. Experience in direct marketing and account management is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to build rapport and relationships with both clients and internal partners
  • Aptitude for analytics with the capacity to interpret results and articulate actionable conclusions
  • Attitude for seeking solutions among ambiguity and the grit to get there
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, statistics, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Risk taker. Willing to take quantified risks and learn from mistakes
