Chief of Staff to VP of Marketing

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Chief of Staff to VP of Marketing is a crucial player in driving our brand's growth and visibility in the UTV and off-road powersports market. You'll work closely with leadership to manage and execute marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage our passionate customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support RAVEK’s strategic execution across all facets of the marketing function 
  • Manage outsourced marketing contractors, ensuring all creative assets align with RAVEK's brand standards and marketing goals.
  • Oversee and optimize paid media budgets for direct-to-consumer advertising across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Coordinate the development of creative content for both DTC (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) channels, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for B2B and DTC campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Analyze marketing data, assess performance, and report insights to the CEO, President, and VP of Marketing.
  • Engage and manage influencer relationships, from micro-influencers to large-scale influencers, to boost brand awareness and product sell-through.
  • Represent RAVEK at key industry events, building relationships and showcasing our products.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage paid media campaigns and working with creative agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive and be creative in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Rice Lake, WI, and immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of the Northwoods.
