Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Designer/Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in civil drafting and design, specifically related to land development and infrastructure projects. This position involves supporting project engineers through drafting, design preparation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Assist engineers in designing grading, drainage, utility, and site layout plans.
- Coordinate drafting tasks with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Support project documentation, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to gather data and validate project details.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in civil drafting and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and local regulatory standards.
